On 21 and 28 June 2025, we proudly delivered our two-day certificate course: “Unlocking the Power of Generative AI: Tools, Prompts and Ethics” to a cohort of forward-thinking professionals ready to embrace the future.
The course was designed for working professionals, offering a hands-on, immersive environment to explore how Generative AI can enhance productivity, spark creativity, and support better decision-making. From learning the fundamentals of AI to mastering prompt engineering and understanding the ethical dimensions of its use, participants gained actionable skills they can immediately apply in the real world.
Each session was carefully crafted to blend conceptual knowledge with practical tasks, enabling participants to not just understand AI but to confidently use it.
On Day 1, learners were introduced to the world of Generative AI. They explored how these tools work, what powers them, and how to use them effectively. With laptops in hand and curiosity in full swing, participants engaged in live demonstrations, group discussions, and interactive exercises experimenting with prompts and discovering the power of AI firsthand.
Day 2 was all about turning theory into practice. In groups, participants worked on real-world GenAI project solving actual workplace challenges using the tools and techniques introduced.
From automating marketing content and optimizing workflows, to designing AI-powered customer service solutions, the creativity and energy in the room were unmistakable. Guided by our expert facilitators, learners applied advanced prompting techniques, ethical frameworks, and collaborative problem-solving skills to bring their ideas to life.
