Chia Hock Lai is a distinguished figure in the financial and technology sector, boasting over two decades of expertise. Throughout his career, he has held notable positions at prominent organisations, including GovTech and NTUC Income. With educational backgrounds from both the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Nanyang Technological University (NTU), Hock Lai has garnered numerous prestigious fellowships recognising his contributions to digital transformation and skills development, such as the Institute of Banking & Finance (IBF) Fellow for Digital Transformation and SkillsFuture (SSG) Fellow.

A co-founder of the Global Fintech Institute and co-chairman of the Digital Assets Association, Hock Lai's influence extends across various organisations. He has served as the former and founding president of the Singapore FinTech Association (SFA) and former chairman of the Blockchain Association Singapore (BAS). Additionally, he holds advisory and board member roles in notable institutions like the IEEE Computer Society Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Standards Committee (IEEE C/BDL), NTUC-U Care Fund, and Nanyang Polytechnic (NYP).

As a respected advisor to financial institutions and startups, Hock Lai frequently shares his insights on digital transformation, fintech, and blockchain at international events and universities. Under his leadership, the SFA has significantly expanded its membership base and global partnerships. His efforts, along with the SFA and BAS, have earned recognition through multiple awards, including the prestigious "Partner of Labour Movement" May Day Award from NTUC.

Acknowledged as a key opinion leader in the FinTech and Blockchain community, Chia Hock Lai was honored as a Power Profile for Finance by LinkedIn in 2018. Overall, his contributions to the industry through leadership, advisory roles, and educational initiatives have solidified his reputation as a highly respected professional in the FinTech sector.

Murphy Choy brings over a decade of expertise to the educational sector, specialising in business strategy, data strategy, digitalisation, and data analytics. With a Doctorate of Professional Studies in Business Analytics from Middlesex University London, a Masters of Finance from University College Dublin, and a Bachelor of Statistics from the National University of Singapore, Murphy's academic background is robust.

Throughout his career, Murphy has collaborated with innovative educational start-ups and offered strategic guidance to educational institutions. As the Director of Operations and Technology at SSON-Analytics, he spearheads initiatives for innovative business solutions through advanced analytics and model creation. His leadership ensures team success and client satisfaction.

Murphy's expertise includes operations management, machine learning, marketing analytics, quantitative risk models, staff and leadership development, strategic planning, and project management. His comprehensive skill set and extensive experience make him a valuable asset in driving organisational growth and innovation in education and analytics.

He also contributed to curriculum development and provided technical guidance as an instructor at Singapore Management University's School of Information Systems.
